Tracey Mitchell wins in the warm-up
Tracey Mitchell, scoring 69.06%, was the restricted winner of the elementary 59 qualifier at Pachesham, Surrey (3 October) riding her feisty boy called Djimbo.
Tracey, who is a consultant clinical scientist at King’s College Hospital, commented: “My trainer Henry Boswell has helped me develop a warm-up strategy. I work him long and low until about five minutes before I go in, then I pick him up and do lots of transitions to get him really at the end of the rein and in a nice outline.
