Stephen Clarke and Miguel Ralao improve canter departure and engagement

At one of the TTT seminar sessions on 22 April FEI judge General Stephen Clarke and Portugal Olympian Miguel Ralao helped guinea pig rider Hinda Inglis with 12-year-old Connemara, ‘Sean’. Stephen opened the session by commenting, "As trainers we need to learn techniques involved in riding all types and temperaments to help our clients." They worked on improving the quality of the canter departure and straightness. Stephen finished the session by explaining what judges want to see in the "give and retake" and the "allowing forward and down" movements in dressage tests.
